Training evaluation

We offer an evaluation at the beginning, during and at the end of each training. 

We suggest that you go further by demonstrating the effectiveness of training on changes in professional behavior. And above all to prove the impact of training on the performance of teams and the company.

Assessing trainee satisfaction

 

​ At the end of our training, a dematerialized evaluation is sent to the participant. It makes it possible to measure their satisfaction and the perceived usefulness of the training.

A questionnaire distributed at the end of the training is not enough. The same day, the answers are biased, it's the "smile effect". We therefore send an evaluation by email on D+1 where the participant notes:

  • Content (compliance with the program and objectives, interest of the content, etc.),

  • Animation (expertise of the consultant on the subject, relations with the group, etc.),

  • Pedagogy(balance between theoretical and practical contributions, etc.),

  • Envisaged implementation (action plan, etc.).
