How does a training take place?

Who can I contact if I encounter difficulties?

  • My course is face-to-face

  • My training is distance learning

How long does it take to enter the course?

  • Date of entry into training: 

From the date of signing the training agreement, the trainee has 10 days to withdraw. 

After this period, entry to the training course can be made throughout the year.

  •  CPF

A period of 11 days is required before the start of the training course when the trainee finances the training through the CPF.

After this period, the trainee can enter the training course at any time during the year.

 

How does the launch of my training take place?

Before the start of your training, you will receive the following documents:

A confirmation of your registration (title of the course, dates, timetable).

In class: the place where the training will take place and the time of the first meeting.

For distance learning: the ZOOM access link to the virtual classroom.

As we are always keen to facilitate our exchanges, we are deploying the digitalisation of some of our correspondence. From now on, we will send you by email :

 

- your registration confirmations,

- your agreements,

- your invitations,

- confirmations of postponements,

- confirmation of cancellations.

- We will continue to send you by post (on request) :

- your training certificates accompanied by your attendance sheets,

your invoices.

 

If you wish to continue to receive them by post, you can send us a specific request by e-mail to info@cschool.fr.

Remember to save the dates of your training course (with your access links if all or part of your training course is distance learning) in your diary.

We take great care in setting up groups. Any request for postponement or cancellation has repercussions on the progress of the session.

Can I be reached during the course?

The telephone, fax and e-mail addresses of the course venues are given in the practical information booklet.

For the smooth running of your course, messages are sent to you during the secretary's opening hours, except in the event of an emergency. 

What are the training hours?

The training hours are defined at the time of registration and are adapted to the learner's schedule and availability. 

What happens after the course?

At the end of the course, you will receive an evaluation by email to complete.
