Financing my training
It is possible to finance your training in full!

Here you can find out about the various financial aids that exist depending on your status. Whether you are an employee, job seeker, self-employed... and depending on your company's activity.

Our team is at your disposal to help you.

1/ How to finance your training with your ‘Compte Personnel de Formation’ (CPF)?

The Compte Personnel de Formation (Personal Training Account) allows all working people to acquire a grant for training from the time they enter working life until their retirement. It replaced the DIF (Droit Individuel à la Formation) in 2015 and takes over the arrangement acquired on the latter. The CPF belongs to the individual and allows him or her to acquire a grant for training of up to €500 per year. They can use this grant throughout their working life, whatever their status (employee, job seeker, self-employed person, etc.).

Why a ‘Compte personnel de formation’ (CPF)?

The objective of the CPF is to maintain employability and secure the professional career of everyone. The CPF makes it possible to finance training, leading to a qualification or professional certification, to acquire the "common base of knowledge and skills" also known as "CléA", to validate acquired experience (VAE), to carry out a skills assessment or to train with a view to setting up a business.

Which Cschool courses can be financed with the CPF?

In order to be financed by the CPF, a course must lead to certification. All our courses are certifying and eligible for the CPF.

What should I do if my grant is insufficient?

If the cost of the training you are interested in is higher than the amount available in your training account, you can pay the difference or ask your employer or Pole Emploi to contribute financially:

Since July, you can apply to Pôle Emploi for funding from your remaining expenses. More information is available on the Pole Emploi website.

Since the beginning of the school year, employers can also contribute financially to their employees' training projects by "attribuant des dotations volontaires". Everything is done online.

2/ How to finance your training with the FNE Formation?

The FNE Formation allows companies in partial activity to benefit from the State covering the educational costs of their employees' training (70% or 80% depending on the case).
Are you currently working for a company in partial activity (chômage partiel)? Your company can benefit from this scheme, so don't hesitate to talk to your HR or training department.
Find out more about the FNE Formation.

3/ How can you finance your training through your OPCO?

The OPCOs (Skills Operators) play an important role in supporting companies in professional training.
Each company is attached to an OPCO, depending on its professional branch. The OPCO can offer specific funding, discounts on lists of identified training courses, etc.
